AbstractAbstract
[en] Strengthening of steel 06Kh16N15M3B by means of drawing at room temperature (300 K) and 7 K was studied. It is shown that deformation at subzero temperatures brings about a higher strengthening than at room one. Formation of low-temperature martensite of deformation is of decisive importance

[en] The preliminary ultrasonic effect (USE) with the pre-threshold amplitudes has been studied for its influence on the development of the reciprocal processes. These processes lead to the softening of Zr deformed by rolling at 20 K. It is shown that under USE the processes of relaxation of the internal stresses are realized in the zirconium structure due to the dislocation annihilation and microshift deformation in the places of twin crossing. As a result of polygonization stage is expended and the beginning of recrystallization is displaced to the higher temperature range

[en] The VNPP-1 polycrystalline vanadium has been studied for the influence of the preliminary ultrasonic effect (USE) on the recrystallization development in the metal with twinning layers. It is established that due to USE at 300 K with the stress amplitude below the threshold value (17 kg/mm2), the tendency to the initial recrystallization on the twins in vanadium decreases. This is explained by a decrease in the recrystallization motive force in the case of along-term (2 hr) USE as a result of the vacancy supersaturation bringing about the development of recovery and levelling of dislocation densities in the matrix and close to the boundary of the twins

[en] The influence of an irradiation by argon ions (E = l,4 MeV, 12 dpa) on microstructural parameters and physical and mechanical properties of austenitic steel KH16N15M3B, previously deformed by drawing at 77 K is investigated. From the analysis of measurement results of internal friction in temperature range 300...750 K, and also magnetic properties follows, that the used regime of irradiation stimulates the structural-phase transformations which lead to cleaning a solid solution from atoms of carbon and realization of inverse α → γ-transmutation.
