AbstractAbstract
[en] A soft x-ray spectra of double-driven laser-produced Ta plasmas is measured by a time-integrated space-resolved keV crystal spectrometer from 0.45 to 0.75 nm. Some resonant transition of the Ni-like, Co-like and Fe-like ions and some intrashell transition of the Ni-like ions are identified. The experimental results have been processed, the spectroscopic line intensity of the higher ionization stages is obtained. The effect of the double-laser driven time difference on the plasma condition is inferred through the spectroscopic line ratio diagnostics. The results obtained can, at least in part, give a good explanation of the upper lasing level population and the ionization properties of the plasmas

AbstractAbstract
[en] A new method of single-shot measurement of normal incidence soft X-ray Mo/Si multilayer mirror's reflectance was proposed. Experiment were performed using laser-produced plasma X-ray source, flat field grating spectrometer and soft X-ray CCD. Grazing incident mirror was employed to eliminate high-order contribution. Wavelength was accurately determined by the 17.04 nm L-edge of Al filter. Measurements of Mo/Si multilayer mirror showed a peak reflectance of 35% at 14 nm with a 0.5 nm bandwidth

AbstractAbstract
[en] A simplified method of single-shot measurement of soft X-ray filter's transmittance is proposed. Experiment was performed using laser-produced plasma X-ray source, flat field grating spectrometer, grazing incident mirror and soft X-ray CCD. Filter's transmittance at 9 - 18 nm was measured in a single shot

AbstractAbstract
[en] A soft X-ray laser deflectometer was used to measure electron density distribution of a laser-plasma produced with a 80 ps duration drive laser pulse (λ = 1.053 μm) irradiating a C8H8 plasma target. Using a soft X-ray laser beam (λ = 13.9 nm) of 50 ps pulse duration, a moire deflectogram was created about 1ns after the end of drive laser pulse. Analysis of moire deflectogram gave a peak density of 1.1 x 1021 cm-3. A preliminary explanation was made on the disappearance of the moire stripes near the target surface
