[en] The principle and operational procedure of Integrated Circuits (ICs) screening with irradiation-and-anneal and multicomponent regression analysis are discussed. The key technology, advantages and shortcomings of the two methods are described in contrast, and some advices are given with the state-of-the-art of the screening technology

[en] The testing methods of γ total dose radiation effects on HSP2125 8 I/O signal-processing-circuits is provided in this paper. Considering the circuit structure, the result is analyzed. The results indicate that after irradiated by 1.5 x 102 Gy(Si) gamma total dose, HSP2125 type electronic circuits still can operate normally

AbstractAbstract
[en] The characteristics' degradation and X-ray enhancement effects of N80C196KC20 chips were presented. The X-ray and 60Co irradiations of N80C196KC20 chips from Intel Company were performed to investigate the response of operating currents Icc. The operation failure symbolizes the total dose response of the chips. The total dose failure level of the chips is very low, and the γ total dose failure is about 165 Gy(Si). The operating current of the chip increases significantly when failure of the chip happens. The X-ray enhanced factor of N80C196KC20 chip is measured and the X-ray enhancement mechanism is studied. AbstractAbstract
[en] Market-oriented electricity reform will enable social capital to participate in the investment in incremental distribution grid through market competition and to build or even operate and sell electricity service. The liberalization of incremental distribution network will affect the planning of traditional distribution network. First of all, summarizes the characteristics of incremental distribution network and its impact on the distribution network planning, puts forward the factors that need to be considered in distribution network planning after the incremental distribution network service is released, put forward the distribution network planning and modeling method adapted to the liberalization of incremental distribution network business. Finally, the validity of the proposed planning method is verified by an example of a park. (paper)
