AbstractAbstract
[en] In this paper we introduce the design of monitoring system for the hand held radionuclide identification device (RID), constructed under the embedded operating system of WinCE. At first, we introduce the design of hardware and software platform, and following is the major part of technical view of the software system, including the driver development, P/Invoke mechanism to call the C/C++ subroutines, multi-thread technology. In the experimental hardware platform, we have developed a front-end monitoring system for portable device targeted nuclide identification and orientation. It's a full-featured and flexible system, with the functions of data acquisition, radioactivity locating, data import and export, etc. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The method of elastic resonance scattering in inverse kinematics, which was progressed in recent years, is briefly introduced. It is a novel experimental technique to perform meaningful experiments under conditions of the very short-lived nuclides and the beam intensities only 1000 atoms/s. The excitation function of recoil proton has been measured in experiment; the shape of proton energy spectrum can be also used to uniquely determine the energy of resonant states, spin-parity, partial decay width and spectroscopic factors of the states. This method is mainly used in the investigation of unstable nuclei and the level parameters measurement of near threshold resonant state of the nuclear astrophysics related nuclei. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The status of theoretical and experimental investigations on unbound nucleus 9He is briefly introduced. The results of modern shell model suggest that the ground state of 9He should be 1/2+ instead of 1/2- as expected by the normal shell ordering. Therefore, it means that the parity inversion which was well known in 11Be occurs also in 9He ground state. Recently, some resonance states were observed in transfer reactions and final-state reaction, but their spin-parities cannot be exactly determined and the ground-state cannot be uniquely identified. New technique, which is elastic resonance scattering in inverse kinematics, has been used in recent experiments with radioactive ion beam. The authors expect that the new results on 9He energy levels will be obtained in ISOL type second-beam line experiments. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] In this article, the experimental excitation function has been simulated in the numerical method based on R matrix theory and optical model potential, the decay energy and decay partial width of the resonant states have been obtained. Then the spectroscopic factor of the excited state in resonance elastic scattering reaction has been calculated, and it was compared with other' experimental results, it shows a good agreement with the experimental data. AbstractAbstract
[en] Exclusive intermediate mass fragments (IMFs) are measured at forward angles for the 40Ar + natAg reaction at 30 MeV/u. The impact parameter is determined using the total transverse momentum method and linear momentum transfer method. IMFs emitted at forward angles mainly come from projectile fragmentation in peripheral collisions, while IMFs in central collision mainly come from decay of hot target-like source. IMFs from both projectile-like and target-like sources are observed in mid-central collision. In addition, the third component, non-equilibrium mid-rapidity components are observed in central, mid-central and peripheral collisions

AbstractAbstract
[en] The retirement of radioactive source is a difficult problem that we are facing during the radiation safety regulation in China. This paper analyses the reason of the problem regarding the retirement of radioactive source both from the utilization units and the regulatory body. It is considered that the basic reason is the enterprises don't arrange and use the retirement funds reasonably, which is an economic problem. There exists a limitation when facing the radioactive source retirement in light of licensing and regulation mechanism of the manufacture, selling, uses of radioactive sources in China, and the key to solve this economic problem is to introduce economic method, Some measures and suggestions are given to establish radioactive sources retirement mechanism by using economic methods, based on the comprehensive analysis of the concept, development and function of the environmental liability insurance.
