AbstractAbstract
[en] In the present thesis the epxeriments on the study of the proton transfer in the systems 37Cl+40,44,48Ca at incident energies at the Coulomb barrier (Elab=97. 115 MeV) and their analysis are described. The angular distributions of the transfer reactions were compared with DWBA calculations under application of the potentials from the optical-model analysis. The spectroscopic factors of the stripping reaction (37Cl,36S) determined for resolved final states are for the lowest states in all three systems in the framework of the usual errors in agreement with the values known from light-ion reactions. With increasing excitation energy and with decreasing height of the energy above the barrier however they deviate by a factor up to 3-4 from the known values. In the proton pickup reaction (37Cl,38Ar) on 44Ca the shapes of the angular distributions are reproduced worse with increasing excitation energy by DWBA calculations. (orig./HSI)

AbstractAbstract
[en] A novel large-area (0.5 x 0.5 m2) two-dimensional position-sensitive detector for thermal and sub-thermal neutrons is being developed comprising 157Gd/CsI multilayer convertor foils and two fourfold segmented micro-strip gas detector (MSGC) planes for electron multiplication on either side of the convertor. The MSGC operates in low-pressure, two-stage amplification mode; their novel design is optimized for that mode and for obtaining high signals on both coordinates. Fast signal rise times (5-6 ns) and very high gains (∝5 x 105) are expected according to calculations; thus, simple delay line readout, with one interpolating strip between readout nodes, can be used delivering expected position resolutions <0.5 mm (fwhm) and tolerable count rates of 105-106 events/s depending on delay line segmentation. AbstractAbstract
[en] In this paper the authors describe a multiparameter kinematic coincidence experiment, designed originally for nuclear reactions investigations. The instrument is equipped mainly with two large area bidimensional position sensitive as well as time-of-flight (TOF) detecting counters. In first ERDA test measurements, 90 MeV 40Ar and 180 MeV 36AR beams were used to determine simultaneously the depth distributions of light and medium heavy ions as e.g. C, O, Al, Si or Fe in various multilayer test matrices with up to 20 μm thickness. The experimental parameters (particle stopping powers, energies respectively flight times and directions) can be correlated to each other in bidimensional plots with a specially adopted software, either during the measurement or later on in replay mode, thus enabling multicoincidence data evaluation

AbstractAbstract
[en] High-energetic heavy ion beams are more and more available for ion beam analysis due to new intensive ion sources delivering high intensive heavy ion beams and the building of high energy accelerator laboratories for solid state physics. Using high energy heavy ion beams some standard applications for ion beam analysis could be extended dramatically. The Rutherford Back Scattering Technique (RBS) using heavy ions at elevated energies is a tool for measurement of low concentration profiles due to the reduction of the background from the target matrix material and the higher kinetic energy shift for different target masses compared to conventional RBS using He beam. The Elastic Recoil Detection Technique (ERD) performed with high-energetic heavy projectile ions and equipped with a sophisticated detector system for particle identification is extended from a poor H and D profiling technique to a universal method for analysis of any target. In this paper some main properties of this two methods will be given. In the case of high-energy ERD additionally some experimental data will be shown as examples for application of this method.
