AbstractAbstract
[en] The new type infrasonic condenser microphone has been made in Institute of Acoustics, CAS. It has many features, such as: the sensitivity is high, 0.1 μbar infrasound pressure can be received; frequency band is wide, cover all infrasonic frequency range, from 10 Hz to 0.001 Hz bellow; output volt is large, such as 400 mV/Pa, then can be directly converted by A/D; dynamic range is wide, the most high sound level ≥108 dB; frequency response is good flat in frequency band necessary; long-term stability of operation is good; the outside of back volume keeps vacuum and prevent with plastic (freedom from zero drift); consistent is good, the head capacitance C0, the first resonance frequency of stress of membrane and circuit can be adjusted, so can be used to in the infrasound array; volume is small, φ80 x 220 mm, weight is light, 1.6 kg, and easy to potable and installation; membrane mass is small, freedom from vibration, no sense to shock; it forms a complete configuration, can be connected with PC and structured infrasound monitoring system. Adding triangle array, it can get infrasonic arrival time, the most amplitude and period of it, wave direct, wave horizontal tracing velocity and real-time 3D dynamic spectrum and so on

AbstractAbstract
[en] Infra sound is a proven technique for detecting and locating atmospheric nuclear explosion. A properly designed system provides detection within a few hours, location accuracy of 100 km or better, and indication of yield in real-time, and capabilities of the unique event identification and classification events. The configuration of infra sound monitoring system of atmospheric nuclear explosions in Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, network design, small infrasonic signal detection and the accuracy of infrasonic location are given. It will make as good as possible for monitoring nuclear test in comprehensive nuclear test ban treaty

AbstractAbstract
[en] An Infrasound Waveform Digitization System (IWDS) was introduced in detail in this paper. There are some functions in this system, such as scanning, rotating, image clipping, cleaning horizontal and vertical lines, wave tracking, etc. based on some algorithms of image processing. The key techniques include wavelet analysis, image thinning, pixel tracing in this system. With this system, it is possible to analyze historical infrasound drawing recorded in paper by using computer. Application of IWDS will be of help to the progress in nuclear explosion monitoring in the atmosphere, locating sources, estimating explosion energies, earthquake prediction, and geophysical researches.
