AbstractAbstract
[en] We present Monte Carlo studies on the singly tagged D mesons, which are crucial in the absolute measurements of D meson decays, based on a full Monte Carlo simulation for the BES-III detector, with the BES-III Offline Software System. The expected detection efficiencies and mass resolutions of the tagged D mesons are well estimated

AbstractAbstract
[en] It is noted that the rescattering and annihilation effects are significant in the penguin-dominant B → VV decays. In this work, we suggest to use a unique operator at the quark level to describe all the rescattering and the penguin-induced annihilation effects in B → φK*, and the coefficient of the operator depends on the polarizations of the produced mesons. By the flavour SU(3) symmetry, we apply the same scenario to all the penguin-dominant B → VV modes. (the physics of elementary particles and fields)

AbstractAbstract
[en] We theoretically evaluate the decay rates of a scalar glueball up to the order O(αs), where only two Feynman diagrams contribute and a special attention is paid on possible flavour SU(3) symmetry breaking in the process. It is concluded that the SU(3) flavour symmetry may be respected in any case. However, due to chiral suppression in G0 → q-bar q, Γ(G0 → q-bar q q-bar q) very likely is larger than Γ(G0 → q-bar q). These results are supported by the experimental data on the decays of χc0(1P) (0++). Based on this result, we propose a criterion to identify the scalar glueball. AbstractAbstract
[en] We have studied the hadronic correction from the background pion fields due to the chiral symmetry breaking to the Coulomb potential that governs the short-distance behavior of the interactions between the bound quarks. The background fields are associated with the constituent quark mass. We find a modified form which favors the diquark structure. We also roughly estimate an influence of this correction on the phase shifts in nucleon scattering and find that it may cause an extra middle range attraction between nucleons which is expected. AbstractAbstract
[en] In the framework of QCD at finite temperature we have obtained dissipative terms for the effective potential between q and q-bar which would partly explain the J/ψ suppression in the Quark Gluon Plasma (QGP). The derivation of the dissipative potential for QGP is presented and the case for Hadron Matter (HM) is briefly discussed. The suppression effects are estimated based on simple approximations.
