AbstractAbstract
[en] Results of complex measurements conducted at ''Intercosmos-Bulgaria-1300'' satellite and simultaneous geophysical observations at the earth surface are discussed. An assumption is made, that magnetospheric regions, linked with in-flowing and out-flowing longitudinal current zones in the early morning sector of an auroral zone appear to be the outer and inner region of the magnetospheric plasma sheet. Accelerated electron precipitation structure, located to the pole from the in-flowing current zone, i.e. from the plasma sheet outer boundary region is detected. Mutual disposition of longitudinal currents, electric field and auroral structures: diffusional and discrete glows, radioaurorae, electrojets, is considered

[en] The results of comprehensive measurements made on the Interkosmos-Bolgariya-1300 satellite and simultaneous groundbased geophysical observations are discussed. The assumption is made that the outer and inner regions of the plasma layer of the magnetosphere are the magnetospheric regions related to the zones of inflowing and outflowing longitudinal currents in the early morning sector of the auroral zone. Structure in the precipitation of accelerated electrons poleward from the zone of inflowing current, i.e., precipitation from the region of the outer boundary of the plasma layer, is detected. The relative position of the longitudinal currents, surges, electric field, and auroral structures - diffuse and discrete luminescence, radio aurora, and the electrojet - is examined

[en] Characteristics of precipitating particle fluxes are used to calculate the global distribution of electron concentration values and the intensity of the volume luminosity of 427.8 nm emission in the E-region (90-200 km height). Variations of concentration distribution depending on the AE-index of geomagnetic activity are described. Calculation of integral luminosity is compared with the data on the position of the equatorial boundary of diffuse precipitation (BDP). The position of BDP, founded earlier in papers by various authors, corresponds to different levels of integral luminosity, that permits to explain the divergence of the results of these papers concerning the ''sensitivity'' of methods used for BDP determination

[en] Data on measurements of energy spectra of electrons precipitating to the ionosphere obtained from the ''Interkosmos-Bulgaria-1300'' satellite have been used to calculate two-dimensional (height-latitude) distributions of the glow in 427.8 nm emission at 90-200 km height. The calculation results are compared with the data on observations by the ground spectral C-180-s camera and with the results of measurements carried out by a satellite photometer. Good agreement between calculation and observation data points to the possibility of the application of satellite measurements of particles to diagnostics the characteristics of the E region of the high-latitude ionisphere
