AbstractAbstract
[en] The reaction probabilities for the H + H2 reaction have been obtained by the quantum mechanical coupled channel distorted wave approximation (CCDWA) calculations on the three potential energy surfaces (PESs). A good agreement has been found between the CCDWA and the exact quantum mechanical results for the H + H2 reactions on the same PES. The differences found in the calculations on the different PESs were traced back to differences in collinear barrier heights of the surfaces

AbstractAbstract
[en] The reaction cross sections for the collision H + H2 (υα = 0, jα = 0) →H2(υβ, jβ) + H have been obtained by a full quantum mechanical coupled channel distorted wave approximation (CCDWA) calculations on the three potential-energy surfaces (PESs). The reaction cross sections have been compared with the quasiclassical trajectory (QCT) results and other calculations which have been regarded commonly as exact. A good agreement has been found between the CCDWA and the exact reaction cross sections for the H + H2 reactions on the same PES. The discrepancy between the exact calculations and QCT results is remarkable

AbstractAbstract
[en] The electronic structure of H9 cluster is proposed. The total energy of this cluster is calculated by using its electron wave functions. The results are in good agreement with the value calculated by using of the modified arrangement channel quantum mechanics method. The results also indicate that the electronic structure of H9 cluster is similar to that of fluorine atom

AbstractAbstract
[en] The interactions between atoms and molecules undertake a very important role in many physical processes and the investigation of rotation excitation cross sections in the collisions of molecules with atom is an excellent method determining their interactions. Many theoretical and experimental researchers have done a lot of research work in this field and got plenty of theoretical and experimental data. The elastic and rotational excitation cross sections for the collision of inertia gas atoms He, Ne, Ar with H2(D2, T2) have been calculated by using the close-coupling approximation method at relative kinetic energy of 0.05 eV to 0.25 eV respectively. AbstractAbstract
[en] In the interaction of intense laser-plasma, hot electrons, which can preheat the core of the fuel and lower the compression efficiency, are produced by collective processes such as stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS), resonance absorption (RA), two plasma decay (TPD) and ion acoustic decay (IAD). It is very important to study hot electrons experimentally and theoretically. The spectrum and total energy of hard X-rays outside the cavity targets have been measured for many years. In order to correct theoretical model and improve accuracy of calculating the total energy of hot electrons in cavities, it is urgent to identify the traveling direction of hot electrons and the regions of hard X-rays generation. In the experiment reported, specific cavities was designed to investigate the angular distribution of hot electrons in cavity and the region of hard X-ray generation. Experiments were conduced on Shengguang high power laser facility. The cavity target was irradiated by one beam laser (λ = 1.06 μm, EL = 450∼550 J, τ≅ 0.8 ns, IL ≅1015 W·cm-2). A ten channel filter fluorescence spectrometer and an array of separate GaAs photoconductor were used to measure the spectra, angular distribution, and total energy of hard X-rays, and the energy of stimulated Raman scattering light was also measured for comparison. From the specific structure of cavities and the experimental results, the following two main results were inferred: (1) Most of the hot electrons in cavity are inclined to travel along the direction of laser wave vector, not isotropically. (2) Hard X-rays were mainly produced by Bremsstrahlung effect of hot electrons' collision with gold cavity wall

[en] By the screened hydrogenic model, the paper calculates the electron densities of shock-generated argon plasma with temperature T∼2.0 eV and density of plasma ρ∼0.01 g/cm3-0.49 g/cm3, and studies the influence on electron density caused by interparticle interaction at the different temperature and density of plasma. AbstractAbstract
[en] In the coures of construction of a building structured with bricks and concrets, the indoor gamma air absorbed dose rates were seperately measured from the floors, brick walls and prefabricated plates of concrets, etc.. It suggested that the indoor gamma dose rates from building materials are mainly attributed to the brick walls and the floors. A little contribution comes from other brilding materials. The dose rates can be calculated through a 4π-infinite thick model with a correction factor of 0.52
