[en] Synthesized are tungsten acetonitrile derivatives, containing nitrosyl ligand. In a course of boiling W(CO)4(NO)I-(1) at the excess of acetonitrile there is formed bis-(acetonitrile)-dicarbonilenitrosyltungsteniod-(2): W(CO)4(NO)I+2CH3CN → 2CO+(CH3CN)2W(CO)2(NO)I-(2). Investigation in reactionary ability of compound (2) is carried out. It is shown that at the reaction of acetonitrile complex (2) with two equivalents of triphenylphosphine depending on reaction conditions formed is a number of products

[en] An attempt is made to evaluate metal-π-ligand bond strength according to the data of mass+spectra, not using thermochemical values in the following complexes: indenyl-tricarbonylmanganese, indenyltricarbonylrhenium, fluorenyltricarbonylmanganese, cyclopentadienyltricarbonylmanganese and cyclopentadienyltricarbonylrhenium. The ratio of the sum of metal-containing ion intensities, minus metal ion peak intensity, to the sum of all hydrocarbon ion and metal ion intensities is used as a measure of metal-π-ligand bond strength. It is established, that metal-π-ligand bond strength decreases in the following series: C5H5Re(CO)3 > C9H7Re(CO)3 > C5H5Mn(CO)3 > C9H7Mn(CO)3 > C13H9Mn(CO)3

[en] Reactions of the acetylide complex Ru3H(CO)9 (Fc-ferrocenyl) with Ru3(CO)12 om refluxing hexane yielded dark green tetraruthenium cluster Ru4(mu-H)(CO)12(mu4-eta1-eta1-eta2-C2Fc). Cluster 2 revealed fluctuation owing to migration of CO and acetylide ligands. Reaction of Os3H(CO)9(C=CFc) with Ru3(CO)12 in benzene gave cluster RuOs3(mu-H)(CO)12(mu4-eta1-eta1-eta1-eta2-C2Fc). Thermal reaction of the acetylide complex Os3H(CO)9(C=CMe) with Ru3(CO)12 in refluxing benzene gave mixed-metal alkyne cluster RuOs3(CO)12(mu4-eta1-eta1-eta2-eta2-HC2Me). Refs. 8
