AbstractAbstract
[en] Lead alloy is used as coolant in Lead-based cooled Fast Reactor (LFR). The natural characteristics of lead alloy are combined with the simple structural design of LFR. This constitutes the inherent safety characteristics of LFR. The main work of this paper is to take the main coolant pump (MCP) in the lead-cooled fast reactor (LFR) as the research object, and to study the flow pattern distribution of the internal flow field under the reverse rotation pump condition, the reverse rotation positive-flow braking condition and the reverse rotation negative-flow braking condition. In this paper, the double-outlet volute type and the space guide vane are selected as the potential designs of the CLEAR-I MCP. In this paper, the CFD method is used to study the potential reverse accident of the MCP. It is found that the highest flow velocity in the impeller appears at the impeller outlet, and the Q-H curves of the two design programs basically coincide. The space guide vane type MCP has better hydraulic performance under the reverse rotation positive-flow condition, the Q-H curves of the two designs gradually separate with increasing flow rate, and the maximum flow velocity inside the space guide vane type MCP is obviously lower than that of the double-outlet volute type. For the reverse rotation test of MCP, only the condition of the forward rotating pump of the main coolant pump is tested and verified. For the simulation of the MCP in LBE medium, it proved that the turbulence model and basic settings selected in the simulation are reliable

AbstractAbstract
[en] The frequency-comb structure in the extreme ultraviolet (XUV) and vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) regions can be realized by the high-order harmonic generation (HHG) process driven by frequency-comb fields, providing an alternative approach for the measurement of an unknown frequency in XUV or VUV. We consider the case of two driving frequency-comb fields with the same repetition frequency and the carrier frequencies of fundamental- and third-harmonics, respectively. The many-mode Floquet theorem (MMFT) is employed to provide a nonperturbative and exact treatment of the interaction between a quantum system and the frequency-comb laser fields. Multiphoton transition paths involving both fundamental- and third-harmonic photons are opened due to the coupling of the third-harmonic frequency-comb field. The multiphoton transition paths are superpositioned when the carrier-envelope-phase shifts (CEPs) fulfill the matching condition. And the interference of the multiphoton transition paths can be controlled by tuning the relative envelope delay between the fields. We find that the quasienergy structure, as well as the multiphoton resonant high-order harmonic generation (HHG) spectra, driven by the two frequency-comb fields can be coherently controlled via the interference of multiphoton transition paths. It is also found that the spectral intensities of the generated harmonics can be modulated, and the modulation behavior is harmonic-sensitive. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Herein, we have demonstrated a scalable synthesis route to develop nitrogen-doped graphene embellished carbonized cottons (NGCs) via ammonia-assistant thermal activation processes combining with freeze-drying technique. It is found that the nitrogen-doped graphene (NG) nanosheets are well dispersed and cross-linked with the carbonized cotton skeleton fibers. The assistance of ammonia in thermal treatments can not only benefit the carbonization of the cotton and the reduction of the graphene oxide, but also make the nitrogen elements dope into the whole carbon composites. Due to the synergistic effect between the doped N functional groups and the highly conductive cross-linked networks, the NGCs electrodes exhibit a high capacitance (291 F g−1 at 1.0 A g−1) and a high cycle stability (almost no attenuation after 10,000 cycles). Furthermore, a type of lightweight and flexible symmetric supercapacitors was assembled, delivering a high energy density (5 W h kg−1 at 0.2 A g−1) and an excellent bending stability, which demonstrates its potential application in wearable energy storage devices.

AbstractAbstract
[en] This paper presents a theoretical investigation of the phase jump of multiphoton harmonic emission driven by two frequency-comb fields. The Floquet theorem is employed to provide a nonperturbative and exact treatment of the interaction between a quantum system and frequency-comb fields. Multiple multiphoton-transition paths for the harmonic emission are coherently summed. The phase information about paths can be extracted via the Fourier Transform analysis of the harmonic signals which oscillate as a function of the relative phase between two frequency-comb fields. Phase jumps were observed when harmonic emission was sweeping across the resonance by varying the frequency or intensity of two frequency-comb fields, which allows us to observe the Stark-shifted transition energy of resonant frequency of quantum system driven by strong laser fields. AbstractAbstract
[en] The all-inorganic CsPbBr perovskite solar cell (PSC) is a promising solution to balance the high efficiency and poor stability of state-of-the-art organic–inorganic PSCs. Setting inorganic hole-transporting layers at the perovskite/electrode interface decreases charge carrier recombination without sacrificing superiority in air. Now, M-substituted, p-type inorganic Cu(Cr,M)O (M=Ba, Ca, or Ni) nanocrystals with enhanced hole-transporting characteristics by increasing interstitial oxygen effectively extract holes from perovskite. The all-inorganic CsPbBr PSC with a device structure of FTO/c-TiO/m-TiO/CsPbBr/Cu(Cr,M)O/carbon achieves an efficiency up to 10.18 % and it increases to 10.79 % by doping Sm ions into perovskite halide, which is much higher than 7.39 % for the hole-free device. The unencapsulated Cu(Cr,Ba)O-based PSC presents a remarkable stability in air in either 80 % humidity over 60 days or 80 °C conditions over 40 days or light illumination for 7 days. AbstractAbstract
[en] In view of the lack of relevant research on CNC grinders in the field of reliability research of CNC machine tools at present, This research collected reliability data based on 19 MSK series grinder machine tools of a machine tool factory., found out the crucial subsystem which is the most important component to the whole, and analyzed the reliability of the subsystem adopting FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) . Statistical researched on 438 reliability data collected, combining with the actual production situation, the results shows that cooling system is the key to the reliability of the whole grinder machine tool. The 29 minimum cut sets obtained by FTA can be adjusted to improve the reliability of the cooling system, what is more, the reliability of grinder machine tool would be improved as well. (paper)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Highlights: • Inhibition of Drp1 hyperactivation reduces behavioral deficits in zQ175 knock-in mice. • Inhibition of Drp1 hyperactivation attenuates striatal cell death in HD mice. • Suppression of Drp1 hyperactivation reduces white matter disorganization in HD mice. Mitochondrial dysfunction manifests in the pathogenesis of Huntington's disease (HD), a fatal and inherited neurodegenerative disease. Dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1) is the primary component of mitochondrial fission and becomes hyperactivated in various models of HD. We previously reported that inhibition of Drp1 hyperactivation by P110, a rationally designed peptide inhibitor of Drp1-Fis1 interaction, is protective in the HD R6/2 mouse model, which expresses a fragment of mutant Huntingtin (mHtt). In this study, we expand our work to test the effect of P110 treatment in HD knock-in (zQ175 KI) mice that express full-length mtHtt and exhibit progressive disease symptoms, reminiscent of human HD. We find that subcutaneously sustained treatment with P110 reduces movement deficits of mice. Moreover, the treatment attenuates striatal neuronal loss, microglial hyperactivity and white matter disorganization in zQ175 KI mice. These findings provide an additional line of evidence that inhibition of Drp1 hyperactivation is sufficient to reduce HD-associated neuropathology and behavioral deficits. We propose that manipulation of Drp1 hyperactivation might be a useful strategy to develop therapeutics for treating HD.
