AbstractAbstract
[en] This paper introduces 32-bit data acquisition software of neutron flux density temporal and spatial distribution on Windows 98 Platform. The software acquires and then deals with data on multi-thread, displays and prints data in the form of graphs and tables, and deals with multiple distributions synchronously with a multi-document interface. AbstractAbstract
[en] The chemical effects for the recirculation sump filter blockage of CPR1000 Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) under Loss of Coolant Accident (LOCA) is studied. In chemical effects evaluation, simulation experimentation is adopted. The result indicates that the effect of chemical effect on the emergency recycle is slight in CPR1000 NPP. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] 222Rn/220Rn is a radioactive gas full of everywhere on Earth, the study of 222Rn/220Rn has been an important issue in radiation protection and environmental protection. At present, the accurate measurement of 222Rn is already built up, but the measurement standards of 220Rn concentration has not been fully established yet. The joint measurement of 222Rn/220Rn concentration can be mainly divided into double membrane spectroscopy, delay method using scintillation cells, parallel measurement using solid state nuclear track detector, activated carbon filter paper method and electrostatic collection method. At home and abroad 222Rn/220Rn co-measuring instrument mainly includes FD-129 222Rn/220Rn detector, LR-115 solid state nuclear track detectors, RAD7 radon monitor, and so on. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Objective: To evaluate the protective effect of ambroxol on radiation induced pulmonary injury. Methods: 240 BALB/c male mice were divided randomly into control group (C), irradiation alone (SI) and irradiation plus ambroxol (SI + A) groups. The right chests (size:2 cm x 2.5 cm) of mice were irradiated by 4 MV linear accelerator for a total doses of 25 Gy, 5 Gy/time, one time /day, 5 time/week; ambroxol was orally administered (50 mg · kg-1 ·d-1) from one week before irradiation until the mice were killed. Hydroxyproline content of lung-irradiated tissue and plasma TGF-β1 level were detected from 1 to 8 months. Results: Hydroxyproline content increased starting from 3 month, reaching peak at 5 and 6 month, and it was higher in SI group than that in A + SI group; contents in A + SI group was also higher than that of C group in 5-6 months respectively. Cell ultramicro-structure of lung tissue was damaged at different level in 1 and 3 months, a large fribric tissue was even accumulated at 6 months in SI group, while above cases were obviously slight in SI + A group. Conclusions: Irradiation could induce the hydroxyproline increase in lung-irradiated tissue, change plasma TGF-β1 level lung tissue, ambroxol may reduce the radiation lung injury. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Objective: To evaluate the degree of the increase of radiation-induced pulmonary, injury by gemcitabine given at different intervals and to probe the molecular mechanism of radiation-induced pulmonary injury. Methods: BALB/C male mice with body weight around 25 g were divided randomly into five groups: control group(C); gemcitabine group(G); irradiation group (R); gemcitabine followed by irradiation group(PG + R); and irradiation plus concurrent gemcitabine group(R + CG), with 80 mice each group. All were observed until the 8th month. The thorax of mice were irradiated by 6 MV X-ray with 25 Gy in 5 fractions through 2.0 cm x 2.5 cm port. Mice of G, PG + R and R + CG groups were injected with gemcitabine 80 mg/(kg·d)into the peritoneal cavity on the first and fifth days. In each week, inflammatory cells were classified and counted under light microscope in the first month in G group. The left lung was used to analyze the content of hydroxyhopanone and pathology each month; the right lung was used to analyze the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1),epidermal growth factor(EGF) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) by immunohistochemical method. Plasma ICAM-1, EGF and TGF-β1 level were detected by EHSA each month. Results: The exudation of inflammatory cells (neutrophilic leukocyte > 90%) was a forepart change of gemcitabine-induced lung injury in the first month in G group, but the exudation, proliferation and fibrosis dominated in the 1, 3 and 6 months in R + CG group. Hydroxyproline content of lung-irradiated tissue was increased from the 5th month and lasted to months 6,7 and 8, and its content in the R + CG group was higher than that in the other groups (P<0.01). Plasma ICAM-1 level in R + CG group was higher than that in the other groups (P<0.01) in the first month, and decreased after two months. Plasma EGF level was mainly increased in months 2 and 3, and its level in the R + CG group was higher than that in the other groups (P<0.01). It decreased after the 4th month. Plasma TGF-β1 level was increased from the 3rd month and lasted to the 8th month, and its level in R + CG group was higher than that in the other groups (P<0.01). Conclusions: Irradiation combined with concurrent gemcibine can sigificantly increase radiation-induced lung injury through pathological analysis, hydroxyproline content of lung-irradiated tissue, TGF-β1, ICAM-1, EGF level of plasma changes and immunohistochemical expression. AbstractAbstract
[en] With the charge-voltage figure many key parameters may be obtained for studies on the applications of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma, such as the discharge energy, gap capacitance, dielectric capacitance, cut-in voltage, gap voltage, and discharge gap electric field. At the same time the stability of DBD plasma can be diagnosed by the charge-voltage figure which changes with changes in the operation conditions. The underlying principles, experimental simulation results and actual application developments are described

AbstractAbstract
[en] A current-sensitive preamplifier for the mini-size (such as φ6mm x 10 mm) 3He neutron detector used for neutronics characteristics measurement of sub-critical reactor is introduced in this paper. It can be connected with the detector by a coaxial shielded cable which length is up to 10m, and it is propitious to neutron flux measurement at a high countign rate. The current-sensitive preamplifier is based on the chip of AD8004. Its concrete circuit, component selection and performance parameters are presented. (authors)
