[en] One formulated general laws to apply a new concept where Hamiltonian of interaction with variable field contained constant members. Diagonalization of this Hamiltonian results in energy quasi-stationary levels. One studied independently the case of temperature occurrence at quasi-energy levels. Using spin three-level system as an example one showed that other specially selected variable magnetic field might induce resonance transition between laboratory system levels and energy levels specified in the new concept. One calculated expression for signals of free precession and spin echo bearing information on energy quasi-stationary levels

Сформулированы общие правила перехода к новому представлению, в котором гамильтониан взаимодействия с переменным полем содержит постоянные члены. Диагонализация этого гамильтониана приводит к квазистационарным уровням энергии. Отдельно рассмотрен случай существования температуры на уровнях квазиэнергии. На примере спиновой трехуровневой системы показано, что другое, специальным образом подобранное переменное магнитное поле, может возбуждать резонансные переходы между уровнями лабораторной системы и уровнями энергии нового представления.
