[en] Investigated were the polycrystalline vanadium dislocation structure formed within the range of temperatures between 20 and 1000 deg C and in the interval of deformations between 5 and 94%. The diagram of states was established in the temperature vs. degree of deformation coordinates from electron microscopy data. It was shown that a deformation of 5-7% leads to the appearance in the structure of incorrect shape dislocations with a lot of jogs and kinks. The density of relatively homogeneously distributed dislocations increases with the degree of deformation up to the latter's value of 50%. At a deformation greater than 50%, there forms a cellular structure, there remaining ranges where no cellular structure is formed. Thus, there appears a two-component texture with a different level of internal stresses. Annealing of such a material gives rise to areas of different types of cellular structure

AbstractAbstract
[en] Influence of chemistry, heat treatment and deformation on the disperse strengthening of Zr-Cr system alloys was studied. Alloying by a chrome, even by 0.5 at. %, results in the rise of Zr microhardness in 2-2,5 times depending on treatment of alloys. The conditions of the disperse strengthening of hypo eutectoid c and hypereutectoid alloys by separation of dispersion particles at Β-phase cooling up to Β → α transformation were fixed. It is shown, that in the alloys of hypereutectoid composition the separation of intermetallide occurs faster, than separation of a-phase in hypoeutectoid alloys at Β-phase cooling up to Β → α transformation. Process of cell formation during deformation in area of temperatures of a-phase existence is facilitated by the particles of intermetallide, got as a result of evtektoid transformation.

AbstractAbstract
[en] Mechanical properties of low-alloyed chromium welded joints produced at welding rates of 2.8, 5.6, 11.2, 22.4 mm/s have been studied during bending test in the ductile-britte transition temperature range. The dependence of cold brittleness temperature on welding rate has been established. The welding rate increase from 2.8 up to 22.4 mm/s decreases the cold brittleness temperature from 330 to 210 K, that is considerably below the Tsub(c) value for base metal (305 K). The welded joint fracture obtained at different welding rates takes place in definite zones independently of the test temperature. The welded joint ductility produced at low welding rates does not exceed corresponding properties for base metal. The low-alloyed chromium welds strength is at the level of values for base metal and is not essentially dependent on a welding rate
