AbstractAbstract
[en] The effect of adeturon (S,2-aminoethyl isothiouronic adenosine-5-triphosphate) on DNA-repair in procariote E. coli 1157 with complete repairing system and eucariote erythrocytes of peripheral blood of clinically healthy donors is studied. The investigation is based on 3H-thymidine incorporation in the newly synthezed DNA during post-irradiation incubation. Adeturon is applied 15 min before the gamma irradiation. The inhibitors cofein, chloramphenicol and actinomycin D are administered promptly before the irradiation in the incubation media. The results show that the effect of adeturon on the pro- and eucariot cells is identical. The blocking of the repair with cofein and actinomycin D destroys the radioprotective effect of adeturon, which is a sign of its participation in the resynthesis of new fragments in the DNA molecule and its connection with DNA-polymerase activity. The repair suppresion of the protein synthesis and the double-chained breaks with chloramphenicol do not hinder the protective action of adeturon, e.g. it has no relation to their repair. 1 fig., 19 refs

AbstractAbstract
[en] Experiments are made to study the effect of 17,β-estradiol on RNA synthesis and nuclear protein phosphorylation in the liver of sexual mature female albino rats: sham-operated, ovariectomized and hormone-treated after the ovariectomy (20 μg estradioldipropionate/100 g b.m.). The rate of RNA synthesis is determined in vivo by the 3H-uridine incorporation in the acid-insoluble fraction, whereas the nuclear protein phosphorylation is studied in vivo by the incorporation of γ-32P-ATP in isolated cell nuclei. Increased RNA synthesis is found to occur under the effect of the hormone, which corresponds to the hormone effect on the uterine cells. The hormone stimulates the nuclear protein phosphorylation - an effect which could be associated with the gene expression. 2 tabs., 18 refs

AbstractAbstract
[en] The study included 250 patients with nutritional-metabolic obesity from I to IV degree. The X-ray investigations of the affected joints were performed according to the different articular complaints. The observed changes were characterized as chronic arthropaties of the type of osteoarthrosis. The most common localization was the spine and the joints of the lower extremities. The changes affected most often the patients from 40 to 49 years of age. A correlation between the severity of the changes and the degree and remoteness of the disease have been noticed. 3 tabs., 8 refs

AbstractAbstract
[en] Fifti one patients with essential thrombocytopenia were examined. The thrombocytes labelling was made with 111In-oxine (in 39 patients) and with 51Cr-sodium chromate by the method described (in the rest). The thrombokinetics was traced by daily external gamma camera measurements (for 111In) or by one-channel intensimeter (for 51Cr). It was found that the labelling effectiveness (LE) was much higher when 111In-oxine was used (57.8%) than when using 51Cr-sodium bichromate (32.6%), despite the smaller number of plateletes for labelling. As to the cell restoration index, reflecting the viability of already labelled cells, there was no essential differences. It is concluded that platelet labelling with 111In has numerous advantages: possibility for labelling of autologic cells even in cases of severe thrombocytopenia; exact determination of their localization by gamma camera; use of low activities because of their more-convenient physical nuclide characteristics, which causes lower radiation loading of the patient. 1 tab., 2 figs., 3 refs

AbstractAbstract
[en] A total of 111 patients with different blood diseases are studied: 11 with 11In-chloride and 80 with 99mTc-sulphocolloid. The following drawbacks of the 99mTc-sulphocolloid are discussed: biological distribution not always corresponding to that of the erythropoietic bone marrow; unclear visualization of the lower thoracic and upper lumbar vertebrae in view of the integral scan interpretation; necessity of additional erythropoiesis study with radioactive iron for demonstrating the extramedullar hemopoiesis. On the other hand, 99mTc-sulphocolloid give a more contrast scan allowing vizualization of metastases not only in bone marrow, but also in the liver. It is concluded that the choice of the radiopharmaceutical for bone marrow scintigraphy should depend on the preliminary diagnosis. For focal defects in bone marrow it is more suitable to use 99mTc-sulphocolloid, which is easy to access and allows to vizualize other organs of the reticuloendothellial system. For blood formation on unspecific places better information is obtained with 11In-chloride. 1 fig., 2 refs

AbstractAbstract
[en] Based on literature references an attempt has been made to formulate some of the most significant aspects of a suitable organization of the chemical and radiochemical monitoring of the WWER-based NPP. A monitoring system is proposed providing detailed, adequate and on-time information about: corrosion processes and products inside the primary circuit, radionuclide transport and corresponding radiation field; equipment sealing, especially of the fuel pins. A new control function is added for water quality monitoring inside the secondary circuit providing expert evaluation of the collected primary data. 12 refs

AbstractAbstract
[en] The relationships between the most significant factors influencing the dynamic reactivity changes during the refueling are considered. The effect of all these factors is considered, as well as their changing during the refueling. A system of differential equations is derived for calculating the change of 135Xe concentration and reactivity losses. The effect of isotope ratio changing during the refueling on the xenon poisoning is expressed in changing of the average neutron flux density, thermal neutron utilization factor, probability of obtaining 135I and 135Xe as fission products. Curves of dynamic poisoning in the beginning and the end of the first refueling campaign are shown. A software using files with preliminary calculated concentrations has been created for calculating poisoning dynamics computing. The program package can be used as a part of a training program for reactor operators and as a part of an information system for the personnel support. 2 figs, 5 refs

AbstractAbstract
[en] The overestimating of heuristic possibilities of the mathematical methods in physics and the isolation from the reality are considered as one of the causes for the contemporary crisis in theoretical physics. The author shows that the generalization of the wave equation, diffusion equation and thermal conductivity equation for unhomogeneous medium are incorrect. The introduction of varying wave speed and coefficients of diffusion or thermal conductivity must be realized in first order equations. Correct second order differential equations are obtained. The laws of Fick and Fourier are connected with the absorption of a particle beam in atomic medium. The results show that the speed of diffusion and thermal conductivity is finite and coincide with the speed of its carriers - the particles of the medium. Equations for wave diffusion and thermal conductivity are obtained. It is pointed out that the temperature gradient is obtained from the absorption of the heat flow. Therefore the gradient can not be considered as a cause or a moving force of the heat flow. The situation with the diffusion is analogous. The method of deducing of Yukawa potential contradicts to the special theory of relativity which requires interaction propagation with the light speed. An analogical approach, subordinated to this relativistic requirement, leads to the force proposed by the author in which the Yukawa exponent is related to Newtonian force and not to Newtonian potential. The appearance of πo mesons is considered as a secondary effect. (author). 7 refs

AbstractAbstract
[en] The device is applied in dentistry. It assures reliability and comparativeness of the X-ray images of the one and the same alveocoronary segment. The device consists of a film support fixed to the edge of a T-plate and a carrier linked to a ring with a diameter equal to one of the X-ray tube. The carrier is a right-angled clamp with one of its arms parallel to the ring axis. The end of the carrier is attached to the external round surface of the ring together with the one edge of the T-plate oriented parallel to the ring axis. There are grooves in vertical walls of the plate situated on its both sides, right-angled to its plane and asymmetric to each other. The film support is a clamp with one arm attached to the plate by hinge in one edge and by a hook - in other. 1 claim, 1 fig

AbstractAbstract
[en] The development of the theory of band shape (and Breadth) IR-absorption of complex molecules (regarding the molecules inside motions) is considered. It is supposed that a molecule fragment being responsible for IR-absorption takes part in the restricted rotational diffusion (RRD) with respect to the frame, and the molecule itself in general makes rotational motion (RM). Both kinds of motions are discussed in accordance with the theory of group motions representations. On the basis of correlative functions calculations of dipole moment a simple expression for the IR-absorption band shape have been obtained, which in itself uses to be the super position of two Lorencians with the semibreadths 2D1 and 2D1+ν20(ν20+1DR accordingly (here D1 is the coefficient of RM, D2 is the coefficient of RRD, ν20 is the well known function of RRD-cone divergence angle) in case of symmetric rotary abrasive disc. Analysis of experimental band shape of IR-absorption on the basis of the expression obtained allows to get information of MR-molecule parameters in general and RRD. It is really possible to determine the RRD-cone divergency angle from experimental weights of Lorencians. In accordance with experimental semibreadths the coefficient of RM D1 and the coefficient of RRD D2 are obtained. In conclusion it is noted that D1→0 (in the expression for the band shape of IR-absorption obtained), one of the Lorencians turns to the δ-function and finally there is an expression which describes IR-absorption band shape of molecules in polymer-mats.
