[en] For examination of pressure vibrations of coolant in primary circuits of pressurized water reactors and of pressure pulsations in hydroelectric power stations, the same measuring and calculating methods, are applicable. Analysis pressure vibrations is used for diagnostics of technical plants, as is explained at examples for control of relevant working conditions in pressurized water reactors. In hydroelectric power stations considerable pressure pulsations can occur at change-over processes. Their excitation mechanisms and consequences are discussed. (author)
