[en] The objective of this article is to communicate the experience in the evaluation of fetal anomalies thoracic by means of magnetic resonance. Between January, 2001 - March, 2007 16 fetus were evaluated by means of magnetic resonance with echographic diagnosis of thoracic anomalies. An equipment of 1.5 TESLA was used. The thoracic anatomy was valued in general. At the presence of discovering pulmonary mass, their size, volume and intensity of sign were determined. The echographic and magnetic resonance findings were checked against the perinatal results

El objetivo es comunicar nuestra experiencia en la evaluacion de anomalias toracicas fetales mediante RM. Entre enero 2001 - marzo 2007 evaluamos mediante resonancia magnetica 16 fetos con diagnostico ecografico de anomalias toracicas. Se utilizo un equipo de 1.5 TESLA. Se valoro la anatomia toracica en general. Ante el hallazgo de una masa pulmonar se determino tamanio, volumen e intensidad de senial. [en] The objective of this document is to evaluate the usefulness of the PET-CT for the characterization of the unique pulmonary injuries. Retrospective analysis was made to patients with unique pulmonary injuries who carried out a PET-CT in the Italian Hospital between May of 2003 - March of 2005. Those patients with pulmonary outlying nodule, or unique pulmonary mass that had pathological anatomy of injury or follow-up through a computed tomography of thorax made with an interval of time not minor at 2 years of the PET-CT were included

El objetivo de este documento es evaluar la utilidad del PET-TC para la caracterizacion de lesiones pulmonares unicas. Efectuamos el analisis retrospectivo de los pacientes con lesiones pulmonares unicas que se efectuaron un PET-TC en nuestro hospital entre mayo del 2003-marzo del 2005. Se incluyeron aquellos pacientes con nodulo pulmonar aislado o masa pulmonar unica que tuvieran anatomia patologica de la lesion o seguimiento mediante TC de torax realizada con un intervalo de tiempo no menor a los 2 anios de efectuado el PET-TCJournal

[en] The cerebral venous thrombosis constitutes a neurological disorder not frequent, potentially reversible with a early diagnosis. Exist multiple causative factors and its clinical manifestation is diverse, for which the images studies represents the first diagnostic when it is clinically suspected. The intention of the work is to carry out a bibliographical review of the cerebral venous thrombosis and to show the sequences for magnetic nuclear resonance for the diagnosis

La trombosis venosa cerebral constituye un desorden neurologico poco frecuente, potencialmente reversible con un diagnostico temprano. Existen multiples factores causantes y su manifestacion clinica es variada, por lo cual los estudios por imagenes representan el primer eslabon diagnostico cuando es sospechada clinicamente. Se estudiaron 45 pacientes con sospecha de enfermedad coronaria. A todos los paciente se les realizo tomografia computada multi-detector en reposo y en esfuerzo con estres farmacologico tras la administracion de dipiridamol.
