AbstractAbstract
[en] We employ the Monte-Carlo technique to simulate the processes in gaseous boron initiated by 1s-photoionization of boron atoms. The processes of excitations/ionizations of atoms by photons and electrons emitted by the neighboring decaying atoms are considered. It is found that the medium effect becomes noticeable at atomic densities of about 2.5·1020 m-3. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The efficiency transmission laser energy to plasma is the important issue at the interaction of powerful laser radiation with matter. Scattering processes occurring in plasma resulting in a loss of the heating energy radiation that affects the process of introducing energy laser radiation in the target. For this reason the important task is a comprehensive study of the scattering processes in laser plasma, in particular the study of spectral, temporal, spatial and energy characteristics of scattered radiation. Uniformity of energy distribution on the irradiated target surface, which affects the efficiency transmission laser energy to plasma, is another important question needed a solving. It is supposed to use the method of a dynamic plasma phase plate [1] for smoothing spatial intensity distribution of radiation heating the target. The optical transparent of plasma layer is important for method of a dynamic plasma phase plate, that result in the necessity of using the low density microstructural media. Experimental results obtained with 'Kanal-2' [2] facility under the study of radiation characteristics scattered by plasma, created at the interaction of powerful laser pulse with the low density microstructure media are presented and discussed in the report. The spectral, energy characteristics of the radiation scattering in the direction of heating radiation beam and the backscattering radiation have been studied. The directional diagrams of forward and backscattering radiation have been demonstrated. Analysis of intensity redistribution on the beam cross-section after passing through a polymer microstructure target was carried out. Some typical features have been revealed for aerogel: - increasing the angle of scattering radiation on fundamental frequency with increasing the linear mass; - with increasing the linear mass the energy of the laser radiation, transited through the aerogel, decreases; - the intensity smoothing after passing through a polymer aerogel takes place. The second harmonic generation also indicates the formation of the critical density regions in plasma even for the target of the under critical density. AbstractAbstract
[en] In the work research kinetic electrocrystallization of nickel and cobalt coatings of coverings from sulfate electrolyte under the influence of x-ray radiation. It has been revealed that under the influence of radiation the thickness coatings alloy and the alloy exit on a current increases in comparison with control samples. It is caused by increase in streams diffusion ions of restored metal to cathodes and formation intermediate CoxNi1-1 in irradiated electrolytes. Thus, on the above stated processes essential influence is rendered by length of a wave of operating radiation. (authors)

The supposition of connection of the discovered effect with the considerable microstresses in zone of irradiated sample treating appearance both owning to fast anisotropic metal heating and to considerable elastic deformation in the target matter origin was made. AbstractAbstract
[en] Sn(4 μm)- Zr(2 μm)-Fe(10 μm) lamellar systems, obtained by magnetron sputtering and subjected to isochronous thermal annealing, has been studied by the means of Fe57 and Sn119 Moessbauer spectroscopy. The succession of phase transformations of forming phases was determined. It was shown that the Zirconium-containing intermetallides of Iron and α-Fe(Sn,Zr) solid solution are formed. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Mathematical modeling of the thermal detector, containing coating absorbing infrared radiation and thermally coupled sensitive element, which constitute microresonator, fulfilling in shape of the closed optical silicon waveguide, are performed. It is shown that the utilizing nontraditional absorbing coatings, made, for example, from the metal-dielectric materials makes it possible to attain the simultaneous increase speed and sensitivity of pixel-infrared detector. Critical parameters of a pixel-detector, providing transformation of the infrared radiation in the spectral range: from 2 μm to 20 μm to the radiation with a wavelength of 1.5 μm are calculated. Principal parameters of a pixel-infrared detector for two types of used absorbing coatings: gold black - frequency of the survey 50 Hz, energy of infrared radiation on the one information channel 7,4 · 10-11 J and SiOx < Fe> metal-dielectric film with the ratio: SiOx (77 %) and Fe (23 %) - frequency of the survey 100 Hz, energy of infrared radiation on the one information channel 2.45·10-11 J are obtained on the basis of the numerical solution of unsteady one-dimensional heat equation. [en] In this paper the target holder for studies of spectral content of high energy ionoluminescence through the depth of crystals is described. The results of measurements of photostimulated luminescence spectra in preliminary irradiated with swift heavy ions LiF single crystals are presented. Approbation of technique has shown that it can be used for in situ studies of radiation damage profiles in solids under irradiation with 1.2 MeV/nucleon heavy ions. (authors)

[en] The phase-structure state of quenched aluminium alloy D16 implanted with xenon ions was studied. Ion energy and dose range were 167 MeV and 5·1012 - 1014 cm-2. X-ray and microhardness techniques were used. It was showed that during implantation radiation-induced decomposition of supersaturated solid solution with precipitation of the hardening phases.
