[en] A manifold using of electron ring for collective acceleration of ions is considered. The ring makes a periodical motion in inhomogeneous magnetic field. It is shown that synchrotron radiation is the main cause of losses of the ring electrons. The conditions are determined under which the minor radius of the ring makes stable oscillations.
