AbstractAbstract
[en] In this paper, Hydrogen in Pellet and graphite coating for CANDU-6 Organ was released by vacuum heating. And the packing gas in element was released by drill in 5 × lO"-"2 Pa. The released gas was separated and enriched by activated charcoal for different temperature. The gas was determined by gas chromatography. Some factors, such as the released conditions, temperature of gas separated and enriched, etc. were tested in order to ascertain their influence. The gas in the sample can be released fully. And the relative standard deviation is less than 10%. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] With the rapid development of information technology in enterprise application, industrial control network and management network is becoming more and more closely linked. Development and application of special equipment control system from the traditional industrial control system, not considered when designing communication security problem mainly, therefore, the industrial control system opened at the same time, isolation control system and the outside was weakened, the safety problems of industrial control system had become more and more serious. The practical application combined with the special equipment control system, analysis and elaboration in view of security problems for the control network, also, provide appropriate security solutions for professional characteristics of industrial control network, design on process control system specially, provide security partition protection scheme, in order to improve security ability of industrial control system information. AbstractAbstract
[en] Nuclear energy is one of the most effective ways to meet the ever-increasing need of the energy. It is important to develop advanced materials that are tolerant to the very harsh environment in nuclear reactors or fusion devices where combined effects exist from radiation, corrosion, stress to high temperature, etc. Design of nanostructural materials with self-healing properties is an effective method that bases on a defect engineering approach. Comparing with traditional bulk materials, a variety of nanostructural materials show high radiation tolerance property. This talk we demonstrates a substantial enhancement in radiation tolerance for small period-thickness of CrN/AlTiN multilayered nanofilms. CrN/AlTiN multilayered nanofilms with period-thicknesses of 3, 5, 7, 9 nm were irradiated by 190 keV Ar"+ ions to fluences ranging from 1 to 5 × 10"1"6 ions/cm"2. Nanofilm with 3 nm period-thickness begins to be amorphized under 5 × 10"1"6 ions/cm"2, while those with larger period-thicknesses are amorphized under 3 × 10"1"6 ions/cm"2. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] It is necessary to prepare high proportion of (110) planes on the surface of emitter tungsten coating in order to improve the efficiency of thermionic energy converter. The percentage of (110) planes can be increased by appropriate electrochemical etching process. A new apparatus which can be used for electrochemical polishing and special planes electrochemical etching on the surface of long tube has been designed and developed for the long tubular shape of the emitter. Uniform polishing and etching on the surface of long tube tungsten coating can be carried out in the equipment. The experiments show that smooth surface can be obtained and various etching patterns were prepared by adjusting the electrolyte temperature, current density, electrolyte pressure and other process parameters. Some etching morphology was identified as (110) planes by using optical microscope and comparing with etching characteristics patterns of tungsten. The result of statistics of the proportion of (110) planes etched by different etching crafts on the surface of tungsten coating showed that the percentage of (110) planes is determined by electrochemical etching craft. AbstractAbstract
[en] To optimize the power loss of the scoop, a kind of mathematical model for calculation of power consumption by slender body in rotary fluid is exented and improved. Power loss of two flow state have been studied, power loss in different flow state have been calculated and analysed. According to the diversification of the power loss, a method to decrease the power loss have been brought forward, according to this, the power loss of the scoop can be optimized. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] System characterizing of thin film specimens prepared by plasma was done on aspects of valances, components, morphology and compact texture, by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results indicate that uranium film on the stainless steel matrix is continuous. The surface of the thin film specimens at ion glancing incidence location is covered by Fe_2O_3. The thin film specimens are consisted of UO_2 with metal U and FeUO_4 compounds. The structure of uranium film is CaF_2 type face-centre cubic structure UO_2 constituent. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Forced Vibrations of high speed rotor is mainly caused by initial bending and unbalance. In order to decrease swing improve reliability and economy, it is researched to control initial bending and unbalance. For a thin-wall cylinder, initial bending and unbalance are mainly caused by the manufacture error. This paper measures the axis orbit of thin-wall cylinder, gives out the overall level of initial bending, deduces the unbalance level of specimens, sets up the corresponding bridge between measurement and forced vibrations. The conclusion obtained provides theoretical basis for further optimizing thin-wall cylinder structure and improving production process. The study is of significance to the designing level for high speed rotor and would be helpful to improve the efficiency of research. (authors)
