AbstractAbstract
[en] By accounting for rapidly varying pole terms, the current-algebra--PCAC (partial conservation of axial-vector current) procedure properly measures large decay momentum corrections in charmed D+→ bar K 0π+, D+→ bar K 0K+, and Λc+→p bar K 0 weak decays

AbstractAbstract
[en] In the framework of a relativistic quasipotential quark model the authors calculate the widths of radiative E1 decays of charmonium and bottomonium with relativistic effects of order υ2/c2 taken into account. They establish that the form of the relativistic corrections is determined by the Lorentz structure of the potential of the interaction of a quark and an antiquark. They achieve the best agreement with the existing experimental data for a mixture of a vector and a scalar potential

AbstractAbstract
[en] A new dimensional regularization scheme for infrared and collinear singularities is worked out for the example of O(αs) QCD corrections to the total W decay width. This scheme can be applied to other similar processes involving the γ5 matrix. The QCD corrections to the W width are calculated explicitly according to this new scheme for arbitrary quark masses. Furthermore the same calculations are done in a more traditional scheme, leading to identical results. (orig.)

[en] A calculation of first order QCD correction to the decay of the top quark into W boson and b quark is presented. Both ultraviolet and infrared divergences are regularized using dimensional regularization, i.e., without introducing any gluon mass. (orig.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The observation of neutrinoless double beta decay would imply an experimentally interesting lower bound on the mass of at least one neutrino. This bound and its origin are described. The rate for neutrinoless double beta decay can be significantly affected by CP violation in the lepton sector, even if only two neutrinos mix appreciably, so that in effect there are only two lepton generations. This behavior, which distinguishes the lepton sector from the quark sector, where CP violation requires at least three generations, is explained

[en] We compute the one-loop contribution to the H+W-Z vertex in the context of the Minimal Supersymmetric Model with heavy or light superpartners. The results are compared with the predictions of various extensions of the Standard Model and the phenomenological consequences are briefly discussed. (orig.)

[en] We consider background to the rare decay modes b→sl+l-, B→K/sup */l+l-, and B→Kl+l- arising from the process b→sV/sub i/ followed by on- and off-resonance transition V/sub i/→l+l-. We obtain dilepton mass spectrum including short-distance effects and then suggest cuts to enhance the signal over background
