Automation of radioimmunoassay in veterinary diagnostics
AbstractAbstract
[en] Laboratories processing 1000 or more samples a day are recommended to perform radioimmunoassays in large batches, to use iodine-125 for the majority of assays and to give preference to the following types of apparatus: a modular system for sample preparation, a high through-put counter and a minicomputer for calculations and for preparations of the perforated tape for dispatching the results by teleprinter or transmitting them into a central computer.
