[en] A review is given of elastic electron scattering at large momentum transfer (Q² > 20 fm^-2) from nuclei with A less than or equal to 4. Recent experimental results are reviewed and the current problems in interpretation of these results are pointed out. Some questions for future experiments are posed, and a preview of possible future measurements is presented. 28 references
