[en] These proceedings contain the articles presented at the named workshop. These are a description of the FOBOS 4π detector of charged particles at Dubna and experiment proposals for this detector concerning multifragmentation as critical phenomenon in hot nuclei, phase transformations in hot nuclei, fission of hot nuclei, research possibilities with radioactive nuclear beams at LNR-JINR, the fission of nuclei with Z ≥ 100, induced by secondary-beam particles, studies of the fission of excited nuclei by the FOBOS detector, the fission of superdeformed states in the A=190 region, and the formation of light particles in heavy ion collisions and 4Π experiments.
