[en] The effect of electron bombardment of crystal surfaces on amplitude and phase reflection spectra investigated experimentally. Changes in spectra are explained by an increase of near-surface dead layer and exciton volumetric attenuation. Additional dispersion ratios are checked for a medium with space dispersion
