Thermal stability of polycrystal molybdenum and tungsten diselenides in argon
AbstractAbstract
[en] Stability of diselenides was studied by the dynamic method of flow. It is shown that molybdenum diselenide is more stable in argon medium, as compared with tungsten diselenide: partial pressure of selenium vapours equals 0.1 Pa at 1620 and 1310 K respectively. The process of selenium evaporation from tungsten diselenide is characterized by lower value of seeming activation energy
