AbstractAbstract
[en] Parameters of effective interaction for nuclei near 146Gd, characterized by magic properties, were determined within the framework of unified theoretical approach - random phase method. The parameters were obtained in result of analysis of experimental and theoretical spectra of several pairs of conjugate nuclei with structure of magic ± two nucleons type. Their influence on description of other characteristics of considered region nuclei was investigated
