[en] Using 2 fb^-1 of Υ(4S) data taken with the CLEO II detector at CESR, the authors have looked for the decay, B → D^*0γ. This radiative decay is important in understanding the W-exchange/annihilation diagram contributions and the long distance effects on the more exotic radiative penguin decays such as b → sγ and b → dγ
