[en] The large liquid-argon spectrometer Bars being a part of the tagged neutrino complex at the Serpukhov accelerator, is used for detecting the muons in cosmic ray horizontal flux. The detector has unique possibilities for elaborate study of the pair meter technique, measuring the muon energy spectrum, search and investigation of different phenomena in cosmic rays
