Proceedings the '98 seminar on nuclear physics with radioactive ion beam and high spin nuclear structure
[en] The international seminar on nuclear physics with radioactive ion beams and high spin structure organized by the Institute of Modern Physics was held from September 1-4, 1998 in Lanzhou.Some of new results of the studies on high spin structure were presented here.The nuclear masses with high accuracy measured recently by means of ESR at GSI were also reported in this seminar.Some theoretical results and experimental observations on the nuclear physics with radioactive ion beams were also introduced.The topic of the investigations of giant dipole resonance was included in this seminar
