[en] The physics potential and perspectives of the future experiments at the CMS detector at the LHC (CERN) are discussed. The status report is given on the research, development and construction of the CMS Endcap detector, where JINR bears a full responsibility in the frame of the Russia and JINR (RDMS CMS) collaboration
