[en] This paper describes the method used at Rivne NPP to provide an analytical justification for their EOIs. In addition, operating experience from many operating PWR plants in the U.S. and around the world was used. The work is being conducted in two phases: the first phase performs all of the reviews and assessments necessary to determine the new analyses required to justify the EOIs, in the second phase, these new analyses are conducted and documented, and the EOI Analytical Justification report will be written
