[en] It is studied the color centers and thermoluminescence of nominally pure and specially doped by Ti, Cr, V ions crystals based on HfO2. Further increase of temperature leads to a complete restoration of the absorption spectrum to its original condition. Complete recovery of absorption occurs after annealing up to 600 K
