AbstractAbstract
[en] Single electron beam can check composite materials in some cases, single-side coated surface layer and cover thickness, and the material density. This paper discusses as the accelerated electron beam penetrating radiation, used to solve the characteristics of nondestructive inspection problem, points out the advantages and disadvantages of various detectors using electronic testing methods, discusses the electronic detection method is superior to the other nondestructive inspection method.
