[en] Full-text:System maintenance is an important aspect of the ICT system development life cycle (SDLC). It focuses on managing the use of the system including providing technical support after the system is deployed. Meanwhile, business continuity plan (BCP) is a strategic approach to identify, prevent, mitigate, and manage related risks to maintain business operations in the event of any disruption or disaster. This paper will discuss the importance of system maintenance in optimizing the SDLC chain and its synergy with BCM practices to ensure the continuity of agency operations and services. The integration of system maintenance implementation that takes into account BCP requirements will contribute to the overall efficient, effective, and secure ICT system management. (author)
