[en] A device has been constructed enabling a quick sampling of the liquid heavy phase from the top an extraction vessel without contaminating the pipette with the upper liquid phase. The device described has been used in radiotracer experiments (Be-7) and in cases where the upper phase must be protected against the atmosphere. (T.I.)
