𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝗡𝗦 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀  Tern Systems recently delivered updates to Isavia ANS’s ISDS (Integrated Situation Display System). Last week, a significant milestone was reached at the Reykjavik Control Center when the update was launched and Isavia ANS activated the two-way communication between the FDPS and ISDS systems for the first time. This marks a major step towards a more efficient working environment for air traffic controllers, where key actions can be performed directly from the ISDS screens instead of relying on the FDPS system.  In this first phase, controllers can now:  ✅ Change frequency and identification status for aircraft ✅ Send CONTACT messages directly from ISDS ✅ Assign heading This achievement is the result of years of collaboration between Tern Systems and Isavia ANS. Controller training was completed at the beginning of the year, with the two-way communications activated after system updates on January 8th and 9th. Our thoughts and heartfelt sympathies go out to the families, friends, and loved ones of those affected by this devastating event. Having had the privilege of serving customers in South Korea for many years, we feel a deep connection to the community. ✨ Polaris Presentations and Demos for Isavia ANS Over the past few weeks, Tern Systems has hosted a series of presentations and demos for the Polaris ICE version, tailored specifically to meet the needs of Isavia ANS. It is safe to say that the presentations and demos have been a success and the feedback we have received from Isavia ANS was very encouraging. A big congratulations to the Polaris ICE Core Team, which includes employees from both Tern Systems and Isavia ANS, for their outstanding efforts in planning and executing these events.
