3DKG, una high-tech start-up, è un produttore innovativo nel settore dell’additive manufacturing per la stampa di componenti finiti e di parti strutturali di lotti piccoli e medi, di pezzi di ricambio e in sostituzione di componenti di metallo. A tal fine la 3DKG ha sviluppato un nuovissimo tipo di stampante 3D con pellet. Oltre al super polimero PPS, la nuova stampante 3D può stampare anche materiali non disponibili sotto forma di filamenti. Grazie alla compattezza dei prodotti stampati, paragonabile a quella dello stampaggio a iniezione, i nostri pezzi sono caratterizzati da un'eccellente robustezza. La possibilità di stampare gli strati in modo flessibile offre un'enorme varietà di produzione. I bassi costi dei pellet e la velocità di stampa hanno un effetto vantaggioso sui prezzi al cliente. Grazie al piano di stampa di 780 mm x 550 mm x 650 mm è possibile stampare componenti di grandi dimensioni. La nostra tecnica di produzione additiva ha il potenziale per cambiare il modo di pensare i componenti finti e la produzione tradizionale. Essa consente nuove forme di prototipazione e produzione rapida, nonché forme personalizzate di componenti complessi in polimeri. Ciò consentirà ai nostri clienti di ripensare l’attuale modo di sviluppare e fabbricare i prodotti e la gestione del mercato dei ricambi.

You still think that printing directly from pellets is no fun - slow, imprecise and expensive? 😩 Can it be that you are not fully up to date? 😲 This video shows LUVOCOM PPS CF 9938 BK, printed by 3DKG GmbH from pellets, using a 2.5 mm nozzle and 100 % infill. More print data: - Flat part: 0.166 mm layer thickness, 1.5 hours printing time, 232 g weight - Curved part: 0.2 mm layer thickness, 46 minutes, 152 g - Big part: 0.2 mm layer thickness, 12 hours, 1414 g 3DKG built their printer "around" our material and it again shows the importance of a perfect set-up of both printer and material.
