Acal BFi is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement to acquire Arcobel Embedded Solutions B.V. Arcobel, celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, is a leading supplier of industrial PCs, embedded IoT systems, and network solutions in the Benelux and Germany. Renowned for their design and assembly of standard and custom-made embedded hardware solutions, they bring a wealth of experience and innovation to the Acal BFi Group. This acquisition marks a significant step in our strategy to expand our Embedded Computing business by acquiring well-established European companies with a strong design-led approach. Arcobel will maintain its respected brand and continue to operate independently, while benefiting from the shared expertise and best practices within the Acal BFi Group.
