🌟𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — 𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 🌟 Last week, an FAT was conducted in Meypack's production hall for two new packaging systems for the dairy industry. Once again, we utilised the synergies of the Aetna Group Spa by cooperating closely with ROBOPAC USA. Both packaging machines are shrink wrappers that operate at the highest level: 🔷The first machine system packs tubs of sour cream and cottage cheese. With an infeed capacity of 240 tubs/minute the products enter in a single lane, whereby every second product is kicked out, turned over, grouped, and stacked in two layers. According to the specifications, some cups are placed upside down to prevent the lids from opening. The products are then shrink-wrapped in packs of 6 at a rate of up to 40 packs/minute in the shrink-film tunnel. 🔷The second machine system packs HDPE/PET milk bottles at an infeed speed of 180 bottles/minute. The PARVUS right-angled grouping system rotates the bottles by 90°. Then, they are also shrink-wrapped as 6-packs at an output of up to 30 packs/minute as they pass through the shrink tunnel. This is where the print-registered film comes into play, which is precisely positioned thanks to special Meypack technology.
