Altilia gathered in Cosenza for the #AltiliaWorkshop2024. We discussed the current state of #generativeAI, delved deeper into the research topics that define us, analyzed our target market, and positioned our product in relation to the most important future trends. We designed and developed, but above all, we lived together for 3 days, sharing intense social moments. #AltiliaWorkshop2024 confirmed that our fluid and agile work organization helps us grow and feel close each other, even while working in teams distributed across multiple locations.

📍 We recently came together at our new Altilia headquarters in Rende for a collaborative workshop held from September 30th to October 2nd. This event not only marked the official opening of our new operational base in the heart of Southern Italy but also brought our team together to share insights, work on exciting projects, and reinforce our commitment to a flexible and distributed approach to work. At Altilia, we believe in enabling a truly smart working environment that promotes open communication, continuous learning, experimentation, and a healthy work-life balance. Our distributed work model allows team members to contribute from various locations, valuing talent regardless of geographic boundaries. This approach also reflects our dedication to supporting employment in Southern Italy, playing our part in addressing regional workforce emigration. In line with this, we invest in professional development through up-to-date training plans and opportunities for both internal courses and external certifications in AI innovation.
