Giacomo Morri participated as a speaker at the roundtable “The Valuation of E+S+G” during the RICS Italia Conference where he discussed the topic of ESG Value Measurement in the Real Estate sector and analyzed key dynamics for the future of the industry. Sustainability is driving investment decisions, but measuring ESG value and understanding its market perception remains a complex challenge, where the appraiser and the market play different roles: the former provides objective analysis, while the latter defines perceived value. Key topics discussed: · Environmental sustainability: the revamping of existing properties is the real challenge · Social dimension: workplaces and retail must become places of aggregation and socialization to remain relevant · The impact of Governance 👉🏻 If you wish to explore this topic further, feel free to reach out to our Real Estate experts.
