These insights underscore the need to bridge the skills gap and rebuild confidence among young people entering the workforce. Achieving this will require a collective effort to reshape the current career landscape to make it more accessible and supportive, fostering a constructive dialogue between generations along the way. Anche quest’anno abbiamo avuto il piacere di partecipare a #SMAUAbruzzo, la tappa regionale del Roadshow SMAU, realizzata in collaborazione con la Camera di Commercio Chieti Pescara e l’Agenzia di Sviluppo, Azienda speciale CCIAA di Chieti Pescara. In questa occasione, ospitiamo un contenuto a cura di Agnese Cattaneo, Chief Medical Officer di Angelini Pharma, che pone l’accento sul profondo - ma spesso sottovalutato - legame tra violenza e salute mentale. Le vittime di abusi subiscono gravi ripercussioni sul piano personale, trovandosi spesso a fronteggiare stati di paura, vergogna, rabbia e una profonda perdita di autostima, che ne compromettono il benessere psicologico e fisico. In questo senso, è stato prezioso prendere parte al ciclo di seminari “CSR e Strategie Aziendali: mito o realtà?”, organizzato dal DEC Dipartimento di Economia nell’ambito di ORSA - Osservatorio sulla Rendicontazione di Sostenibilità delle Aziende abruzzesi. Attraverso un panel guidato da FRANCESCO MATRAXIA (EMBA), nostro Global Systems Compliance Manager, abbiamo dialogato sull'evoluzione del paradigma di Sustainability Management alla luce del quadro normativo europeo di riferimento, in particolare con le direttive CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting) e CSDDD (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence).
