📢 ASE is very proud and happy to announce an extraordinary success achieved by the Company. After several months of intense work and full collaboration, we have reached an Agreement   with Eve Air Mobility (NYSE: EVEX and EVEXW), a global electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft manufacturer and services and software leader focused on accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable, all-electric flight. ASE will  develop and produce the Primary High Voltage Power Distribution System, the Primary Low Voltage Power Distribution System and the High Voltage DC-DC converter which will connect the two systems aboard the eVTOL. Born out of Embraer, the world’s third largest aircraft manufacturer, Eve is leveraging more than 50 years of manufacturing expertise and a global service and support network to help grow and scale urban air mobility worldwide. Eve currently has the industry’s largest backlog with letters of intent for up to 2,900 eVTOL aircraft valued at $14.5B. Eve’s eVTOL is scheduled to enter service in 2026.
