Gender diversity is one of the main focuses of our commitment to creating an increasingly equitable and inclusive culture. In particular, gender violence takes many forms, and to be able to recognize it, it is first necessary to create awareness of what we define as “violence.” Together with Casa delle donne per non subire violenza di Bologna, we organized an internal talk to reflect on the dynamics through which gender violence manifests itself and, in particular, on the linguistic expressions that perpetuate it. The event was another initiative as part of our internal campaign on inclusive language, based on the belief that words play a fundamental role in this dynamic. #Lamborghini
