At BMP Srl we are constantly committed to protecting the health and safety of our collaborators. This time, however, we wanted to make a small gesture that can be useful not only to our reality but to the entire community. In fact, we have planned the installation of an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) in our production site, making it available to anyone who needs it. Why did we decide to share this tool with everyone? In the event of sudden cardiac arrest, time is crucial. The chance of survival decreases by about 10% for every minute that passes without intervention. Timely use of an AED can restore a normal heart rhythm before medical help arrives, greatly improving your chances of survival. The more AEDs there are in the area, the more chances we have of saving lives. With enormous joy and pride we announce that our semi-automatic defibrillator is operational, ready for use and that our staff has been trained to handle it in the safest and most effective way.
