We’re happy to share that on October 16th, our Global Quality & Regulatory Director, Andrea Turconi, had the incredible opportunity to attend the Regulatory Affairs Day in Rome. It was the fifth edition of the event, an initiative by Confindustria Medical Devices organized in collaboration with the EU Commission, the Ministry of Health, Notified Bodies and industry experts. The Regulatory Affairs Day brought together for an entire day the various players in the world of medical devices and in vitro diagnostics to analyze and dive deep into the evolutions underway in the regulatory world, and guide companies in the process of placing medical devices on the market in full compliance.   In Biokosmes srl - Venture Life Group we are committed to staying at the forefront of regulatory developments, and this experience has enriched our understanding of best practices and compliance strategies. We’re excited to introduce Monica Carcano, who has joined our team as Key Account & Customer Service Specialist! 🎉   Born in 1983 in Lecco, she has always been fascinated by the world of cosmetics. She began her career with a hands-on role in the Customer Care Department of a Contract Manufacturer company, gaining her first direct experience in the world of cosmetics and personal care products. This position brought her into contact with major companies in both the retail sector and Italian industry, eventually leading her to manage business relationships with some of the most well-known multinational companies in the world of Pharma.   With over 20 years of experience, she has had a constant growth and has faced many challenges. In May 2024, she started a new phase of growth when she joined Biokosmes srl - Venture Life Group, where she relates with customers at 360°, dedicating herself to the development of new projects.   Very sociable, with boundless energy and always with a positive spirit, she likes to spend her free time with family and friends. She loves to travel, visit new places, and learn about new cultures. For this reason, she has always been eager to learn new languages, starting with English, French, and Spanish, and now taking on a new course in Arabic. She is a curious person, always looking for new experiences and challenges!   In her own words: “I have always found Biokosmes a very interesting company and I consider it attractive for my personal growth path in the Cosmetics field, but especially for its Medical Devices expertise, from which I could learn so much.
