Last Friday, December 20th, we came together for our company’s Christmas event—a moment of reflection, sharing, and forward-looking vision. Our President, Michele Gavino, alongside our CEO, Massimo Frasson, reviewed the year’s achievements and laid the groundwork for the challenges ahead, addressing key topics such as governance, market strategies, projects, and processes. Lo scopo dell’iniziativa è avvicinarsi alle giovani generazioni per far conoscere la realtà manifatturiera odierna e far comprendere quale sia il quotidiano impegno delle imprese per la crescita, l’occupazione e il benessere dell'intera collettività. “Apriamo le porte delle nostre imprese per trasferire, a coloro che frequentano le medie e le superiori, la voglia di ‘realizzare’ che ci contraddistingue, coinvolgendo anche gli insegnanti e sensibilizzando le famiglie.
