Il CESIE è un centro studi e iniziative europeo fondato nel 2001 e ispirato al lavoro e alle teorie del sociologo Danilo Dolci (1924-1997). La mission del CESIE è promuovere l’innovazione, la partecipazione e la crescita in campo educativo. Il lavoro del CESIE si fonda sulla ricerca basata sulle necessità e le sfide sociali e sull’utilizzo di approcci di apprendimento innovativi per rispondere a queste necessità.
