This November, the second international group of 44 young professionals gathered for an intensive and enriching two-week live camp as part of the Coesia Young Professional Program (YPP). Our young professionals immersed themselves in engaging workshops, experiential activities and team challenges, driven by a shared passion for innovation, learning and collaboration. Today, the climate crisis is not just an environmental issue; it is a call to action for governments, businesses, and communities. We are committed to achieving climate neutrality with a goal of 100% reduction in direct CO2 emissions (GHG scope 1 and 2) and a 25% reduction in indirect emissions (GHG scope 3) by 2030, aiming for Net Zero by 2050. This year, in our sites we have achieved a 20.5% increase in solar energy production, and we plan to achieve 20 MW of solar power by 2027, marking an acceleration in our path toward sustainability.
